Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the level of the original item upgrader and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open, they display a full description and icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item upgrader kit's level a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. This is a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are many ways to obtain these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will receive an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an Best item upgrade is reached.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of the item will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with a discount.

Upgrade Item components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide extra effects or a higher Best item upgrade level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the required requirements. These include the item type (either Armor or Weapon), the level of the item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory once you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
