Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options, but we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. Its seating configuration versatility is a plus, though, as it lets parents put their children's infant car seat buggy 2 in 1 seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their requirements.

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It's a great option for families with a tight budget or for those who need a second stroller occasionally such as for a trip to the zoo.
