You can set it up and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and return to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've test.

It's a robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being that it's expensive. The number of features make it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. The premium price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capability and two mop heads that rotate. It also includes an app-based controller that is smart and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well across the house. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag that can be used for dirt, refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It also features an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tested, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station needs to be cleaned out as well as the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads sold separately will need to be changed periodically.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you choose this feature however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my testing however this can be rectified as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has several impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system is able to clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is great for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.

The machine has a major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution: the app has an option that allows you to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the autonomous vacuum's mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice touch and can help this robot clean up a little bit better than its less expensive competitors.
