It's a bit more expensive than some other two-in-one Forward-Facing Prams but it's well worth the purchase because of the quality and Prams 2 In 1 function of this model are top-of-the-line.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and is road-ready within less than 10 minutes. It doesn't have a canopy built in and you'll need to provide your own sunshades to your children if they want extra protection from the elements.

In our tests, we discovered that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It's able to navigate most terrains with ease, although it can be difficult to maneuver over gravel and grassy areas. It can also be difficult to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy provides an additional baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this problem.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a nice feature, however it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seat 2 in 1 stroller seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score in both weight and folded size making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored well for maneuverability, a key quality for parents who are looking for a stroller for travel that can fit in smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic product which is lacking some features that other strollers we tested include, such as the deep recline and large storage basket. It's a great choice for families on a tight budget or for those who require a second stroller for occasional use such as for a trip to the Zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its comparatively short frame, swivel front wheels and padded shoulder pads provide a smooth ride for your children. The multi-position reclining seats as well as cup holders for parents ensure that passengers are comfortable.
