What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

In addition to the stat increases Certain upgrades can provide a random boost. These boosts can be quite useful and should be taken into consideration when deciding on which items to upgrade. Certain boosts can only be used in certain designs (such the Whistan's Shield, which is for FB Sorcs), while others are valuable to collectors.

Certain items come with a built-in boos that is not effective when upgraded. For example the Goldwrap provides extra potion slots. These are usually upgraded to inject more value into an item that is perfect or close to being perfect.

Costs

There are a few costs associated with item upgrades. The first is the cost to perform the upgrade.
