What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a brand new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager is a cost of 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no benefit in terms of gameplay other than making it easier to purchase upgrades.

Costs

Upgrades have a few associated costs. The first is the cost to perform the upgrade. This cost can be expensive and depends on the new value of the item and the number of perks it receives. Upgrades to higher levels (such as Explorer to Champion or Veteran to Heroic) are costly.

The second is the cost of the materials needed for an upgrade.
