WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a an increase in specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. A random additional substat is also increased with each upgrade.

The upgrader is located in all major cities and can be visited at any time to upgrade your gear. To keep your gear up-to-date it is recommended you visit the upgrader each couple of weeks.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to upgrade weapons, armor, tools and accessory upgrades. They can be purchased by players from Item Level upgrade, yxhsm.net, upgraders NPCs for a variety of currencies. They can also find them in random treasure lists. Once an upgrade is purchased, it can be used on any weapon or tool using a button, which displays an image of the item when it is upgraded in the event that the player has enough materials.

The cost of upgrades varies based on the item slot and the current level of the item as well as the level of the weapon, which is more than bracers or gloves, for instance. For example, once a piece of equipment reaches the highest upgrade level of any rank (Explorer, Adventurer, Veteran, Champion, Hero, or Mythic), it won't need Flightstones to be upgraded. This change lets players upgrade their gear to the highest level possible on all of their characters rather than relying on seasonal loot.

Another important change is that crests only have one usage and it's crucial to use them wisely. It's Best item upgrade to put your Whelpling-rank Crests on the top-quality equipment that you can find, and save Drake and Wyrm Crests to be used for the next set of upgrades. This is especially relevant for trinkets and rings that occupy multiple slots on the character, which will only be able to benefit from the account-wide discount if all of the slots are filled with top-quality equipment.
