Albums

Toto's discography comprises 13 studio albums and 4 live albums. There are also compilations. In addition to releasing original music, Toto has also done collaborations with other artists and on soundtracks for films. Toto has won numerous Grammy Awards for their work.

Before the formation of Toto the band, members performed sessions for 안전놀이터 추천 other musicians. Drummer Jeff Porcaro, bassist David Hungate and keyboardist David Paich (the son of session percussionist Marty Paich and brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro) played on Boz Scaggs 1975 album Silk Degrees. Turn Back, Toto's third studio album, was criticized by critics due to the absence of hit singles. In 1985 the singer Fergie Frederiksen quit the group, and the band held auditions to find a new frontman. Guitarist Steve Lukather was chosen, and the group recorded their 1986 album Fahrenheit.

In 1998, Toto celebrated its 20th anniversary by going through several old demos and tapes to release a special record called Toto XX. The album was well-received by fans, and the band embarked on a tour featuring former members Bobby Kimball, Steve Porcaro, and Joseph Williams.

While touring for the album 40 Trips Around the Sun the drummer Leland Sklar left the group and was replaced by Shem von Schroeck. In 2017, Toto released a double-CD live album titled Falling in Between, which included recordings from the tour and an interview with the band.
