It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and fold size that means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also offers the option of reclining in multiple positions and an adult cup holder. Other key features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels, as well as two large hanging storage bags.

It did better in our push and turn test than a lot of the strollers we tested but is still difficult to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position, or they can swivel. This is useful for navigating through rough terrain. On our walk along the stony path we allowed them to swivel and it did this quite well, although it seemed more bumpy than the other models that we tested.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is known for their three-wheeled, all-terrain Jogging pushchairs, however they also make a good selection of 4-wheel strollers. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is easy to fold and can fit into the trunk of a car even with a carrycot attached.

It's a bit heavier than other strollers that we tried, but the wheels are rubber composite so it feels well-made and sturdy. It is able to maneuver effortlessly across all kinds of terrain, and it's easy to carry even with two kids and a shopping bag.

Both the carrycot and seat have hoods that are able to be lower to reveal the UV50and sun canopy extension. They are waterproof and strong unlike other pram hoods that get bounced back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does come with a huge basket that's big enough to hold a changing bag and plenty of food items. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The canopy/seat has two large sun visors that can be either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't the best since it's not as silent as Velcro and could cause sleepy babies to wake up.

The Duet is a angled stroller that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It's compatible with two infant car seats and even works with a few carrycots. In twin mode the seats can face each other or can turn around and face parents, theoretically reducing sibling rivalries over who should sit with dad and mom. 8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban glide 2 is the perfect stroller for parents who like to be active. It is one of the lightest strollers that you can buy for your child. It also has great safety features, like the 5-point safety harness and wrist safety straps. It has a different type of hand brake than other models, which is an interesting twist.

The seat is comfortable and has plenty of room to sit in, but the depth of the seat is lower than other joggers we've tested (it's about 10"). The storage bin is encased with a zipper that keeps things secure. It can hold up to 10lbs that is enough for most diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters to fit most infant car seats and bassinets however, you can use them starting from the first day with adapters that will fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds compactly and takes between 5 and 10 minutes to assemble with no tools. The manual is easy-to-understand and includes multiple languages.
