It also boasts an innovative mopping system which uses a roller continuously dosed with water to pick dirt and place it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation technology was effective in navigating close to walls without falling and avoiding stairs. It was unable to handle small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin, wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on an ongoing basis. Eufy's app lets you control all its functions. It provides clear information and plenty of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to build a map of your space and knows where not to go. And, unlike many vacuums that have mopping capabilities, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as dog toys and bowls (but not poop!).

It also has some outstanding notable features, like the self-emptying dustbin, a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also customize the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.

It has the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and can distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile rug. And, if you're looking to save time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. If you have a wide range of flooring in your home and don't want to spend additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great choice.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this robot is a great option. It comes with a variety of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It is surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. However, it can't pick up tangled rug tassels and its battery drains more quickly than other models in our tests.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that comes with a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests as the much expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It also includes a wide range of cleaning modes to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for carpeted rooms. It even has the ability to automatically remove and replace mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in smaller areas. It's very quiet and fast and does a good job of getting around tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpets.

It's smaller than the majority of its competitors, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it's possible to take photos of any object it comes across (i.e., chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and aren't tied to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so good in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
